Established thirty-five years ago, Dental Spana has been providing up-to-the-minute dental care and treatment for its patients in one of the most technologically advanced dental clinics in Tijuana.
Founded by Dr. Hilda E Duarte, Dental Spana now has a number of specialist staff in its ranks, including Dr. Duarte's two daughters, Drs. Hilda Meza and Elisa Meza.

März 2020Update - First treatment: I asked Dr. Eliza to advance our schedule in the event of possible border closures and she was very accommodating. First treatment was great. Dr. Eliza is incredibly efficient. She worked with the entire upper quadrant, removed four caps, prepped a tooth for root-canal, prepared the front teeth for veneers and placed temporaries on everything. No pain, just soreness afterward from the shots - I needed a lot as I requested local anesthesia without epinephrine. She is better than any dentist I've seen in the US and more knowledgable, and more competent. I highly recommend her and Dental Spana. Lovely staff as well.

März 2020I’m just embarking on my journey and met and consulted with Dr. Eliza Meza. I’ve booked follow-up appointments for extensive treatment- cap replacements, bridges, a root canal, veneers... Dr. Meza spent a considerable amount of time explaining various options and treatment. Her English is impeccable, she was absolutely thorough and I was impressed with her ability to reconstruct my past dental trauma and experiences by simply and carefully reviewing the x-rays and asking a few questions. The staff was lovely and helpful - calling an Uber so I could get back to the border, advising me on what’s appropriate taxi fare, etc. I will follow up as treatment progresses. As for now, I feel I’ve found the right Dentist.
