Dezember 2019This was our first trip to Platinum Dental Group on the advice of a friend here in Australia. What can I say, we had exceptional quality, exceptional service, exceptional communication and a fantastic stay at the same time. The staff were fantastic, from reception staff to dentists. All were amazing and very friendly. We had Dr Anna Tran do our dental work. My husband had two crowns and one implant and the results are superb. He felt no pain whatsoever and they took great care of him. I decided to get two front teeth veneered and I had a similar experience. They are amazing. We are going back in six months' time for my husband to get his permanent implant and crowns and can't wait. Platinum Dental Group are the real deal and how cool to combine a dental visit with a vacation at the same time. Would not now go anywhere else for my dental treatment. You need to go and experience this for yourself. They are amazing.

Juli 2017Hello, I made a an appointment with a specific doctor and rescheduled to make sure I was seeing her. When I got to my appointment another doctor was looking after me. At this point she hadnt introduced herself, or told me my doctor would not be in. She started to remove my filling only to tell me she could not finish. She put in a temporary one to fill the whole which fell out one hour later. I have now had to reschedule to fix this problem and take time out of my working day. Very poor service and zero communication.
