Having practiced general and cosmetic dentistry for more than 17 years, Dra. Maribel Martinez is able to offer her patients a wide range of safe, affordable procedures in Mexico, from basic fillings and extractions to crowns, veneers, root canal therapy, and dental implants.
Following her graduation and subsequent certification as a dental surgeon, she went on to specialize in endodontics, the field of dentistry concerning tooth roots, pulp, and surrounding tissues–more commonly known as root canal therapy.
After gaining years of clinical experience as a board-registered dentist in Mexico, she decided to establish her own practice in the city of Tijuana, Mexico, serving both locals and international dental tourists traveling into Mexico from North America. She is committed to excellence, safety, and minimally invasive care, and believes that it is paramount to always take into consideration the individual needs of her patients, as well as their overall oral health and comfort at all stages of their treatment.
She works alongside a team of highly skilled specialists, who can determine the best treatment options with the most advanced dental techniques, highest-quality materials, and state-of-the-art equipment while keeping prices far lower than in the US or Europe.
The specialist team is composed of a pediatric and orthopedic specialist (Marlene Jimenez Fajardo), a cosmetic dentistry and implant expert (Ricardo Calleja Flores), and a general dentist (Jhoana Flores Soto), among others. All of these professionals are fluent in English and hold the correct licenses, certifications, and qualifications to practice dentistry in Mexico.

décembre 2024I had the most pleasant experience with DRA.Maribel. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. She explains everything she is doing and is making sure along the treatment process that you are pain free and comfortable. The dental office is always clean and tidy. The front desk attendant is very friendly, patient and helpful. She always greets you with a big smile. She is wonderful at answering all your questions. I absolutely love her. She provides excellent customer service. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here at DRA.Maribel's office. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I have been seen by her three times and everytime has been a positive/great experience. If you have a fear of visiting the dentist, she is the one you need to see. juillet 2024Dra. Maribel Martínez and Dra. Katia Barrera Aldai are both excellent dentists. My wife and I each had several procedures including crowns and replacing old amalgam fillings. Both are very happy with everything. Dra. Martinez speaks perfect English and explains things thoroughly, as does her staff. There is a secure underground parking valet in the building making things easy once You find the actual entrance to it. Prices were all less than half what our US DDS quoted us. Just make sure you plan to cross the border mid-day or against the morning/evening rush hours.
