How to Take Advantage of Our Best Price Guarantee

Please e-mail priceguarantee@dentaldepartures.com with the following details:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Dental provider name
• Your Dental procedure
• Order number
• Date of stay
• Dental departures' price
• The lower price you found
• Web address of the lower price
• Any additional comments

You will receive a response back from Dental Departures within 72 business hours confirming or denying your best price guarantee request.

If your best price guarantee request is accepted, you will receive the "best price" available when you pay for your Dental treatment with your Dental provider.

Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. To apply for Dental Departures Best Price Guarantee you must complete the form below within twenty four (24) hours of completing your reservation with Dental Departures.
2. The guarantee applies only with respect to a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when Dental Departures validates your claim, within the 24 hour period. Screenshots cannot be accepted as proof.
3. The lower rate must be found online for the same Dental procedure, with the same Dental provider, on the same dates as reserved through Dental Departures with the same Dental options (i.e. free shuttle, free oral exam).
4. The lower rate must be in the same currency.
5. The lower rate must be the cost of the Dental procedure less taxes and fees.
6. Dental Departures shall make the final determination regarding your refund eligibility and the availability of a lower rate.
7. Dental Departures will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Dentaldepartures.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
8. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership, corporate rates, special discounted rates including, but not limited to military, government, or convention rates, frequent stay, loyalty, points, won through contests/sweepstakes or through special promotions.
9. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact dentist isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.
10. Dental Departures shall not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Dental Departures or the Dental provider.
11. Dental Departures reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
12. Dental Departures reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the Dental Departures web site.
13. If the Best Price Guarantee claim is unsuccessful because it does not qualify with our requirements, Dental Departures' Terms and Conditions and the Dental provider's cancellation policy still apply.
