Bio-esthetics is located in Playa del Carmen along the Riviera Maya in Quintana Roo. They offer holistic dental care and other plastic surgery treatments to local and international patients.

The practice is run by Dr Michelle Spears, a specialist in biocompatibility and cosmetic dentistry. Alongside a team of specialists in other areas of dental care, including implantology, their aim is to give all patients a positive experience that is unsurpassed.

She said teeth whitening would be $300, then charged me $350. I questioned it and she insisted she had never quoted me $300. Then I asked what exchange rate she used, and she said 22 Pesos per dollar. It was 18 pesos at the time, and she did not change the fee even when I argued. I decided to pay her and never go back to her again. She's a crook.
