- Dr. Laura Plaza - Periodontics and Implant Dentistry
Dr. Laura Plaza is a highly skilled periodontist and implantologist, originally from Venezuela, where she earned her dental degree from the prestigious Universidad de los Andes in 2009. She later furthered her specialized training in periodontics at the Universidad de Guadalajara and was selected for an academic exchange at the University of Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, where she trained alongside leading experts in the field.
Dr. Plaza is a member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, the Asociación Mexicana de Periodoncia, and the International Team for Implantology.

Dr. Miguel Ángel Ramírez is a highly regarded dentist based in Tijuana, Mexico, and a key member of the team at Dental Project Mexico. He earned his degree in Dental Surgery from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 2009 and went on to complete a master’s in Surgical and Prosthetic Implant Dentistry at UNAM.

October 2024My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Dental Project. They are the best dentists we have ever experienced. Extremely professional and very friendly. They explained everything in detail. They treat you like family. I needed extensive restoration on all my teeth. I was afraid it was too late to save them. They were able to restore them with zirconia crowns and the results are amazing, both aesthetically and functionally. My wife was missing almost all of her molars and was chewing with her front teeth. She also needed two extractions. Dr. Miguel replaced all the missing teeth with individual implants. She can now eat anything without pain. The price was very affordable. Thank you to Dr. Miguel, Paola, Regina, Laura, Camila and the dental assistants and office for providing such exceptional services and results. Your dedication, honesty and expert dentistry is greatly appreciated.
