Dr. Ricardo Peniche Rodriguez is an English- and Spanish-speaking dental surgeon who has specialized in implantology for more than 15 years. He is a member of the International College of Dentists, the Mexican Dental Association and the Yucatecan Dental Association.
Peniche Implantology is conveniently located in downtown Mérida, right in the hotel zone close to restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, galleries and shops. The closest beach at Progreso is a 45-minute drive away, while the ever-popular resort city of Cancun is around four hours by car–or a short plane ride from Mérida International Airport. October 2024- Dishonest - Simple procedure Allon4. Lied about zirconium throut all treatment. Final product - acrylic. - Limited skills - his placement of implants in my jaws made it impossible even to make any bridge fitting my mouth. I had four other bridges done trying to accomodate his work the final result is - my speech is heavily incoherent and compromised configuration of the bridge leads to constant irritation of salivary glands filling my mouth with bitter mukus all the time. - Result is - I lost sense of taste (everything taste bitter) and my mouth is constantly glued by mukus. - Disonest again - he charged me for zirconium and placed acrylic. Another doctor made him to return the difference. He did return only part. - Thanks to this con I spent over $50.000 just to be crippled for life.

March 2022If you’re looking for the finest dentistry in Merida visit Dr Peniche, he replaced all my loose teeth (upper and lower) with 8 top quality implants and placed fixed teeth that same day. Nobody offered that option and i saw several dentists to have different opinions. The treatment was professionally planned and explained. He did an amazing job, i was put to sleep, woke up with a beautiful smile, painless procedure. wonderful experience

He’s young but no doubt he knows what he’s doing, he did an excellent job placing 4 implants to replace all my bottom teeth, 3 painless hours and immediate fixed teeth, amazing. thanks so much for all the effort and care.
